During the past sixteen years the TTP & M Group has served interested
collectors by staging meets and publishing newsletters — all in the interest of promoting a unique aspect of the train collecting hobby. Though the meets continue to prosper, it was with much regret that the organizers found it necessary to cease publication of the printed newsletter, The Extra, in 2008.

TTP & M continues to thrive because of the willingness of its participants to
share materials for viewing.
